Council Groves Apartments, Inc. is a nonprofit organization providing affordable housing for very and extremely low-income Missoulians. Rents at Council Groves Apartments are subsidized through a Section 8 Project-Based Rental Assistance contract with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
